Arthur Truscott: RMT

As a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2014, Arthur has the experience to employ a highly intuitive style of assessment and treatment. Having continued his education post-graduation, he can choose from a plethora of massage techniques, including the more subtle and gentle, like Fascial Stretch Therapy and Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization. He can also apply the more intense styles, like Very Deep MFR and Active Trigger Point Release, to help you live a life with less pain. Before becoming a massage therapist, Arthur spent 15 years as a chauffeur, delivering executive-level customer service and earning the Vancouver Tourism Award for excellence. Arthur's favorite form of exercise is weight lifting, but he has enjoyed a wide variety of recreation and sports in his life. Specializing in a holistic treatment approach and client-centered care, he is proficient in addressing a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, stress and anxiety, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Nicole Ouellet: RMT

Nicole started her career working in chronic care in Toronto in 1999. After her first couple of years, she moved to the West Coast of Canada and has been an RMT in the Sea to Sky region for over 20 years. Nicole is a lifelong student of yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic medicine, and intuitive healing. She combines traditional therapeutic Swedish and Thai massage with the properties of sound, movement, and breath, supporting clients from all backgrounds and health conditions in finding freedom from the limitations and suffering of old patterns of trauma. The body is a map of every experience we have ever had. By bridging the mind, body, and spirit, we can better understand the connection between trapped emotions and the physical ailments that cause suffering. Sajaan Athwal: RMT

Hi my name is Sajaan, I’m a recent graduate finishing the massage therapy program in February 2024. I have worked as a body worker for a year while in school on top of my clinical hours during the school year. Some of my hobbies include weightlifting, snowboarding and hiking. I enjoy spending my time outside with friends and family. I specialize in athletic rehabilitation, as well as chronic back and neck pain.

Bethany has been passionate about health and fitness since she was in her teens and pursued a career as a Registered Massage Therapist right out of high school. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2009. Her career has included working as an RMT at Bankers Hall Club in Calgary AB, and working as a bodyworker at some notable locations after her move to BC, including the Wedgewood Hotel Spa, and the Four Seasons Spa in Whistler BC. She believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness, which has led her to obtain her Reiki Level 3; as well as a variety of fitness and wellness certifications. Outside of work, you can find her biking, running, going on hikes, exploring different restaurants around Vancouver, and traveling.

I am currently a student training to become a registered massage therapist at CDI. I have a passion for helping others enhance their well-being. I work at a clinic at my school, as well as a physiotherapy clinic, where I am further developing my skills. Having grown up playing soccer since I was four years old, I experienced many injuries that deepened my understanding of the body and the importance of recovery. This journey has inspired me to pursue a career where I can assist others in improving their quality of life through therapeutic touch and holistic care.

Hello, my name is Calvin. I’m currently a student at WCCMT and will be transferring to VCC this fall to continue my studies. Sports have always been a huge part of my life growing up. With my background in fitness, I spent 3 years as a personal trainer, as well as coached hockey for Team BC. Additionally, I've worked in Criminology alongside the Abbotsford Police Department and Victim Services for 5 years, as well as assisted as a Forensic Nurse for 2 years. This led me to deal with various injuries over the years, which sparked my interest in working with RMTs and has become my new passion in life. I understand the importance of recovery for future growth and well-being. I take great pride in contributing to my clients' overall well-being and find genuine satisfaction in being able to make a positive impact on their lives and the community. My goal is to help you return to the activities you love as soon as possible. Austin Kao: B.Kin.​

Austin holds a Bachelors of Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney. With over a decade of experience in health care, he is passionate about providing 1) quality care, and 2) accessible care, through exercise and education. Austin has recently returned from Sydney, Australia, and is looking forward to serving his community as a kinesiologist while he works towards his physiotherapy registration. He loves a good conversation and has experience working with different musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and injuries across the lifespan. In his personal time, Austin loves both the outdoors and indoors. In the winter, he enjoys skiing/snowboarding on the mountains, as well as a nice hot bowl of noodle soup. In the summer, he enjoys cycling and playing baseball, as well as another nice hot bowl of noodle soup! Currently, he is very excited about calisthenic movements and how they can be used in rehabilitation and improving function.
Sandy Kerry: R.Ac.

Sandy is a registered Acupuncturist and Tuina Therapist. She completed the Acupuncture Program at Vancouver Career College in Burnaby and she completed her certification in Tuina therapy, cupping, moxibustion and guasha with the International College of TCM (ICTCM) (now known as the Tzu Chi International College of TCM). She is also a certified Master of Medical Qigong Therapy and Medical Qigong Doctor candidate through the International Institute of Medical Qigong and Empty Mountain Institute where she has also completed numerous light body, channeling and mediumship courses. Sandy is also an ordained Daoist Priest, 82nd generation highest purity sect and 66th generation celestial masters sect, a disciple of dragon heart temple. Sandy uses acupuncture to address numerous ailments. She is able to combine acupuncture with medical qigong energy, cupping, tuina, moxibustion, and guasha to assist people with various ailments such as headaches, migraines, tension and anxiety, body pain including hip and shoulder pain, tennis and golfer's elbow, carpel tunnel syndrome, lumbar pain and back injuries, sciatica, and ankle and knee pain.
