ANVITA Terms of Services

Welcome to ANVITA
By accessing or using ANVITA’s mobile massage and wellness services (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Services Provided
ANVITA offers in-home massage therapy services to individuals seeking relaxation, wellness, or therapeutic treatment. Our services include, but are not limited to, massage therapy, acupuncture, and wellness treatments provided by licensed professionals.

2. User Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments or interacting with ANVITA. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including any login credentials or personal details provided.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or through direct contact. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify ANVITA at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to the session fee.

4. Marketing

Our SMS program offers seasonal massage therapy promotions and special offers. By opting in, users can expect to receive exclusive discounts and updates on our massage therapy services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@anvita.ca.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive periodic messages related to our seasonal offers. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon. ANVITA accepts payment via credit card, debit card, or other methods as made available on our platform. You agree to pay all charges related to the Service promptly and according to the agreed-upon rates.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer
ANVITA’s services are intended to complement medical treatment but are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult your physician before using our services if you have any health concerns or conditions that could affect your ability to receive massage therapy or other wellness treatments.

7. Client Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully and professionally during all interactions with ANVITA staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our team members.

8. Privacy and Data Use
ANVITA is committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Electronic Communications
By using ANVITA’s services, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and any other transactional messages related to your use of the Service. 10. Limitation of Liability
ANVITA’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to injury, loss of income, or personal injury resulting from the treatment.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ANVITA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Termination of Services
ANVITA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

13. Modification of Terms
ANVITA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the most recent update will be reflected above. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located within British Columbia.
